Hendricks County/Plainfield Biography Database
The Local & Indiana Information Department of the Plainfield-Guilford Township Public Library maintains a
Biography Database and card file. Names of Hendricks County residents are added to this database continually. Information is obtained from articles in local area newspapers. You may request photocopies of articles from the Biography Files. If you have any questions about the database or card file, contact us by

Policy for Looking Up Articles:
There is no set fee for our services at this time. Donations to the Library’s Gift Fund are gratefully received and will be used to buy additional materials for the collection.
- Limit: 5 articles per request

- A self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage must accompany the request.
- Requests will be filled as time allows.
